I+B’s June 2017 nuptials under the oaks at Boone Hall Plantation was nothing short of southern bridal perfection. Ilyssa came to EKB knowing that she was looking for a high neck, open back, fit and flare silhouette but was unable to pin point the exact type of lace that would truly turn a wedding gown into the perfect gown for her. After she tried on the Wentworth gown, in silk crepe, we added an alencon lace cap sleeve topper to show what it would look like with this French made detail over top and she fell in love!
In order to make the gown exactly what she had envisioned we made the volume at the bottom of Wentworth more full, as a true fit and flare, and we added a lace illusion cap sleeve.
